Apesar da libera\u00e7\u00e3o, a Dengvaxia, da francesa Sanofi Pasteur, ainda ter\u00e1 valor definido pela C\u00e2mara de Regula\u00e7\u00e3o do Mercado de Medicamentos, processo que dura em m\u00e9dia tr\u00eas meses, mas n\u00e3o tem prazo m\u00e1ximo. Inicialmente, segundo a Ag\u00eancia Brasil, o medicamento ser\u00e1 disponibilizado para a rede particular de laborat\u00f3rios. Definido o pre\u00e7o, a Comiss\u00e3o Nacional de Incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de Tecnologias no SUS vai avaliar se vale a pena incorporar o produto ao sistema p\u00fablico de imuniza\u00e7\u00f5es. O governo vai avaliar custo, efetividade e impactos epidemiol\u00f3gico e or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio da incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o da vacina ao Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade. A vacina \u00e9 indicada para pessoas entre 9 e 45 anos e protege contra os quatro tipos do v\u00edrus da dengue. A promessa do fabricante \u00e9 de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de 93% contra casos graves da doen\u00e7a, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 80% das interna\u00e7\u00f5es e efic\u00e1cia global de 66% contra todos os tipos do v\u00edrus. O medicamento deve come\u00e7ar a ser vendido no pa\u00eds no primeiro semestre de 2016 e a capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do laborat\u00f3rio \u00e9 de 100 milh\u00f5es de doses por ano.
