O juiz Ant\u00f4nio Carlos Maldonado Bertacco acatou o pedido formulado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, embasado tamb\u00e9m num Inqu\u00e9rito policial, que solicitava o afastamento por uma s\u00e9rie de irregularidades. O MP tamb\u00e9m solicitou a pris\u00e3o preventiva do pol\u00edtico, mas o juiz considerou que n\u00e3o havia a necessidade de tal a\u00e7\u00e3o, pois ele \u00e9 r\u00e9u prim\u00e1rio, possui bons antecedentes e n\u00e3o oferece perigo. Dentre as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es, est\u00e3o descontos em empr\u00e9stimos consignados de servidores e n\u00e3o repassados \u00e0 Financeira, fraude em loca\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos e tamb\u00e9m em licita\u00e7\u00f5es. Nino Maragon foi notificado nas primeiras horas desta sexta-feira (19). Assumir\u00e1 em seu lugar o vice-presidente da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores, Carlinhos Diplomata (PR). O vereador ainda responder\u00e1 por Improbidade administrativa e teve os bens bloqueados num valor de R$ 37 mil. A decis\u00e3o cabe recurso, mas Nino Maragon j\u00e1 est\u00e1 afastado do cargo.
