O secret\u00e1rio estadual da Copa, Ney Campello, alegou que o projeto do sistema de \u00f4nibus foi engavetado, porque inviabilizaria a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do metr\u00f4. J\u00e1 os atrasos nas obras do porto teriam acontecido por conta da chuva e de greves, de acordo com o presidente da autoridade portu\u00e1ria, Jos\u00e9 Rebou\u00e7as.
