A iniciativa \u00e9 comandada pelo Conselho Nacional de Sa\u00fade (CNS) que defende a destina\u00e7\u00e3o de 10% da receita bruta da Uni\u00e3o para o setor, conforme previsto no Projeto de Lei Complementar 312\/12. A medida j\u00e1 tramita na C\u00e2mara e representa um adicional de R$ 46 bilh\u00f5es para a sa\u00fade j\u00e1 em 2014. Iniciativa do Movimento Nacional em Defesa da Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica, o Sa\u00fade+10, a medida recebeu assinaturas de 2,2 milh\u00f5es de eleitores em todo o pa\u00eds. No Senado, outro projeto amplia o financiamento do setor \u2013 o que cria o Or\u00e7amento Impositivo \u2013 que prev\u00ea 50% das emendas de deputados e senadores destinadas \u00e0 sa\u00fade. Na tarde, representantes de conselhos de sa\u00fade de todos os estados, que participam da manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o, devem lan\u00e7ar, no Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, uma campanha para incentivar a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o popular no controle social do SUS.
