Este foi o prop\u00f3sito que levou alguns munic\u00edpios integrados a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Munic\u00edpios do Sul, Extremo Sul e Sudoeste Baiano \u2013 Amurc, do Territ\u00f3rio Litoral Sul a criar o Cons\u00f3rcio de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal; line-height: 1; margin: 0px 0px 16px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Territ\u00f3rio Litoral Sul \u00e9 composto por 26 munic\u00edpios, com caracter\u00edsticas e objetivos em comum em torno das necessidades de investimentos espec\u00edficos nas \u00e1reas de infraestrutura, saneamento, sa\u00fade, seguran\u00e7a, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, entre outras. No entanto, a busca individualizada por recursos financeiros para esses fins tem sido uma estrat\u00e9gia ultrapassada pela morosidade e despesas geradas nesse processo. Por esse motivo, o Governo Federal vem estimulando a cria\u00e7\u00e3o das gest\u00f5es coletivas, que na Bahia j\u00e1 somam 12 supervisionadas pela Secretaria de Planejamento do Estado da Bahia \u2013 Seplan.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal; line-height: 1; margin: 0px 0px 16px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">No caso do CDS \u2013 LS, a Amurc est\u00e1 aportando o instrumento com o objetivo de facilitar a sua infraestrutura para a capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos e melhoria das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. De acordo com a Gestora Governamental da Superintend\u00eancia de Planejamento Estrat\u00e9gico da Seplan, Simone Carvalho, \u201ca Associa\u00e7\u00e3o continuar\u00e1 a desenvolver o papel de mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e articula\u00e7\u00e3o junto aos munic\u00edpios, em paralelo a operacionalidade do cons\u00f3rcio, que possui legitimidade para captar recursos, e assim promover a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas\u201d, destacou.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal; line-height: 1; margin: 0px 0px 16px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Cons\u00f3rcio contempla os munic\u00edpios do Territ\u00f3rio, que aprovaram a Lei do Estatuto na C\u00e2mara de Vereadores de cada cidade e, segundo Lenildo, representa um momento importante para o desenvolvimento do municipalismo democr\u00e1tico, inovador e forte no Sul da Bahia.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal; line-height: 1; margin: 0px 0px 16px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cOutro fato importante e que deve ser registrado \u00e9 a participa\u00e7\u00e3o hist\u00f3rica da prefeita de Itaju\u00edpe e vice-presidente da Amurc, Gilka Badar\u00f3(PSB) na cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Cons\u00f3rcio e que tamb\u00e9m fez parte da funda\u00e7\u00e3o da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o, em 1984, quando foi a primeira mulher a presidir a entidade\u201d, lembrou.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal; line-height: 1; margin: 0px 0px 16px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">PR\u00d3XIMAS ETAPAS<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"background-color: white; border: 0px; color: #555555; font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal; line-height: 1; margin: 0px 0px 16px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ap\u00f3s a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do CDS ser\u00e1 dado andamento para a oficializa\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos em cart\u00f3rio, para em seguida promover o planejamento estrat\u00e9gico e financeiro do instrumento p\u00fablico.
