Segundo Bebeto o projeto segue agora para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do Senado, se aprovado todos os crimes de inj\u00fari, discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o, preconceito de ra\u00e7a, etinia e religi\u00e3o ser\u00e3o punidos na forma da lei com pena de reclus\u00e3o de dois a cinco anos. Nas suas redes sociais o suplente de senador e atual vice-prefeito de Ilh\u00e9us, Bebeto agradeceu a coautoria do projeto com a deputada Tia Eron(Republicanos).
