O advogado itabunense, Robenilson Sena Torres, ser\u00e1 o novo presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Conselheiros e Ex-Conselheiros Tutelares do Estado da Bahia (ACTEBA), para o per\u00edodo 2023\/2026. Ele foi eleito por unanimidade em Assembleia Geral da Entidade realizada nesta segunda-feira (19), no Audit\u00f3rio da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil \u2013 (Subse\u00e7\u00e3o Itabuna).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em sua fala, o presidente eleito se mostrou bastante otimista em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a sua gest\u00e3o, afirmando que dar\u00e1 continuidade ao projeto conduzido por Sales Barbosa, que deixar\u00e1 o cargo. \u201cAl\u00e9m de agradecer o apoio e confian\u00e7a de todos, quero salientar que nossa gest\u00e3o trabalhar\u00e1 em unidade e dar\u00e1 sequ\u00eancia e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o aos projetos iniciados anteriormente. Estamos alinhados e conscientes da import\u00e2ncia de se ter uma entidade atuante, na luta pela valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos conselheiros (as) tutelares na Bahia, e pela defesa dos direitos das nossas crian\u00e7as e adolescentes. Somos a continuidade de uma gest\u00e3o bem-sucedida. Hoje, o trabalho realizado pela ACTEBA \u00e9 reconhecido nacionalmente\u201d, ressaltou Robenilson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A reuni\u00e3o que elegeu a nova diretoria foi conduzida por Sales Barbosa, que agradeceu a todos pelo per\u00edodo em que esteve \u00e0 frente da associa\u00e7\u00e3o. Barbosa exaltou a hist\u00f3ria da ACTEBA, na defesa dos interesses da categoria e desejou sucesso para a nova gest\u00e3o. \u201cN\u00e3o tenho d\u00favidas de que a nova diretoria tem todas as possibilidades de dar conta do desafio proposto, com capacidade de transitar entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es do Sistema de Garantias de Direitos do Estado da Bahia e do Brasil, prestando orienta\u00e7\u00f5es e fazendo a defesa t\u00e9cnica dos conselheiros tutelares, dando assim, continuidade \u00e0 hist\u00f3ria da ACTEBA\u201d, afirmou o ex-presidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Curr\u00edculo<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nascido em Itabuna – BA, Robenilson Torres \u00e9 advogado formado pela Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz; exerceu a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de  conselheiro tutelar no munic\u00edpio de Itabuna na gest\u00e3o 2015-2019 e foi presidente da Comiss\u00e3o dos Direitos da Crian\u00e7a e dos Adolescentes da OAB \u2013 na Subse\u00e7\u00e3o Itabuna 2019-2020), atualmente exerce a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Ouvidor Geral do Munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junto \u00e0 ACTEBA, desenvolve um trabalho de assessoria jur\u00eddica desde 2018.
